Lily Young Designs cc provides services to you subject to the following Terms & Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time without explicit notice to you. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Website. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. By using and / or visiting the lilyyoung.co.za website or any other websites or pages owned or controlled by Lily Young Design, you consent to these Terms & Conditions. Lily Young Design cannot be liable for any loss or damage occurring from your failure to comply with any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of South Africa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of Law.
CANCELLATION OR RETURNS
We follow a simple customer service policy - we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied in any way, please contact us. In the event of an error on our end, we'll fix it as soon as possible. Should you be unhappy for any other reason, we are always willing to help and will work with you to find the best possible solution.
We cannot accept returns due to errors on approved proofs. We encourage you to take great care to ensure the accuracy of your order before signing off for printing to commence. You will receive an electronic proof after placing your order. While we do our best to point out errors during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will print exactly as shown in the final proofs.
If your printed stationery does not match your approved proof, please contact us immediately so that we can reprint your order.
Because of the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations of orders after your proofs have been emailed to you. This is because of the time we spent designing your stationery. If your order has been submitted to the production department, we will not be able to cancel, refund, or accept a return on the order. We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colours you see on your screen. Different media display colours differently and may not accurately represent how your order will print.
If an order were to contain an error caused by our team, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you. We will make every effort to insure that your order is perfect. However, in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase because of an error made by Lily Young Design, simply contact us and we will be happy to arrange a reprint.
PROOF SIGN-OFF PROCEDURE
You will receive a complimentary digital proof for your approval. To ensure that your design, colours, and wording are exactly how you want them to be, we include 2 free rounds of changes with each order. Any changes to your design must be indicated clearly. Final proof reading is the responsibility of the client and not that of the Lily Young team. We only accept approval via Email (telephonic approval will not be accepted).
Lily Young Designs cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions as a result of artwork signed off without proper inspection. Should further proofs be required, an additional fee per proof and / or change to artwork will be applicable. Additional proofs will also affect the turnaround time and delivery date.
CUSTOM DESIGN WORK
Because we are a graphic design studio, we will be able to design a unique stationery suite to suit your personal style and theme. A design fee will be charged over and above the unit cost. To enquire about our custom design work please contact us for a quotation.
All content on the Website are owned by Lily Young Designs and subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under South African and foreign laws and international conventions. Content on the Website is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be used, copied, sold, reproduced, distributed, transferred, broadcast, displayed, licensed, or otherwise misused for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of Lily Young Designs.
If you download or print a copy of any portion of the Content for personal use, then you must maintain all applicable copyright and other copyrighted notices. You agree not to circumvent, disable or interfere with any security related features of the Website, or with any features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content. The Lily Young Designs Logo will be featured on the back of all our cards.
CHANGING ORDERS OR DESIGNS
After placing your order your selected design cannot be changed for another design. We understand that certain changes may occur such as a venue or time change. We are happy to assist you with your changes during the proof stage and before printing commenced. You have 2 free rounds of changes included in your order. Should changes occur after printing commenced we will be able to assist you with a reorder, which will be handled as a new order. Please contact us to arrange for a reorder and new quotation.
AMENDMENTS TO THE WEBSITE
Lily Young reserves the right to amend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part thereof) without notice to you at any time. Lily Young Design shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any revision, suspension or discontinuance of any part of our Website. This includes discontinuance of products and adjustment of prices.
USE OF THE WEBSITE
In order to access some features of the Website, you will have to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. If any of your information changes, you agree to update your registration information as soon as possible. If Lily Young Designs suspects that your registration information is not complete, current, or accurate, or that you have otherwise violated these Terms & Conditions, then your account may be subject to suspension or termination, and you may be barred from using the Website.
Lily Young Design reserves the right to terminate a user's access to the Website at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
When ordering or registering on our site, you will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, shipping address, phone number, or credit card information. You may also visit our site anonymously (when browsing through our designs).
WHAT WE USE THIS INFORMATION FOR
The information we collect from you may be used to process your transaction and to send you emails throughout the process and to deliver the final purchased product or service to you.
The email address you provide for order processing, may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news pr updates and related product information.
We do not sell, exchange or give out any of this information to any other company for any reason, without your written consent.
We make use of a secure server. All supplied credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorised with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private financial information (credit card number, CVV) will not be stored on our servers.
